VistaNovel Terms of Service

1. Your Relationship with Us

These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced documents, govern your legal relationship with VistaNovel regarding your access and use of our services, including our website, mobile applications (the "App"), and all related features (collectively, the "Services").
3. By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

2. Your use of the Services constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and VistaNovel.
3. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice, email, or by updating the "Last Updated" date. Changes become effective 14 days after notice (or immediately if required by law). Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• VistaNovel Content: All content we provide (software, designs, trademarks, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your Content (User-Generated Content - UGC): You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
• Content Availability:
• We do not guarantee any specific content will remain available indefinitely and may remove content for legal, licensing, or operational reasons.
• Content Disclaimer:
• We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of any content on the platform. You access and use all content at your own risk.

3. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, spam, or that violates our policies.

2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VistaNovel and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or your content.

2. We respect intellectual property rights. To submit a claim of infringement, please contact our designated agent with the required information as outlined in Section 20.2. We will process valid notices in accordance with applicable law.
